Can I bring my bookings over from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload the sheet and match its columns to hirer, room, date and amount. Each row becomes a booking, and any that cannot be read are listed for you to fix.
What happens to my records if I stop paying?
The account drops to the free plan and keeps every record. Halls beyond the first become read only until you pay again or export them.
Do hirers need an account to pay an invoice?
No. The invoice arrives by email with a link to pay by card or bank transfer.
