        <dt>Billing</dt>
        <dd>Monthly, on the day you added your second hall. Each hall is charged for the whole month it was active.</dd>

        <dt>VAT</dt>
        <dd>Prices include VAT at the UK rate. Your invoice shows it separately.</dd>
      </div>
      <div>
        <dt>Cancelling</dt>
        <dd>Remove halls or close the account from settings. You keep the free plan and every record.</dd>

        <dt>Payment fees</dt>
        <dd>Card payments from hirers carry the card processor's fee, shown on each payment before it is taken.</dd>

      <summary>What counts as a hall?</summary>
      <p>A space you hire out under its own name and rates. Rooms inside a hall are part of it and cost nothing extra.</p>

      <summary>What happens if I remove a hall mid-month?</summary>
      <p>It stays on that month's invoice and drops off the next one. Its bookings and invoices stay readable.</p>

      <summary>Can I pay yearly?</summary>
      <p>No. Every plan is billed monthly, so you only pay for the halls you run that month.</p>
