What you pay and when
Every condition of the price, in full.
- Billing
- Monthly, on the day you added your second hall. Each hall is charged for the whole month it was active.
- VAT
- Prices include VAT at the UK rate. Your invoice shows it separately.
- Cancelling
- Remove halls or close the account from settings. You keep the free plan and every record.
- Payment fees
- Card payments from hirers carry the card processor's fee, shown on each payment before it is taken.
Questions about the price
What counts as a hall?
A space you hire out under its own name and rates. Rooms inside a hall are part of it and cost nothing extra.
What happens if I remove a hall mid-month?
It stays on that month's invoice and drops off the next one. Its bookings and invoices stay readable.
Can I pay yearly?
No. Every plan is billed monthly, so you only pay for the halls you run that month.
